Elen Levon

With two Gold singles in Italy and a Platinum record in Australia, Elen Levon is the latest Australian artist to be making big waves both at home and around the world. Having completed three tours of Europe last year, Elen is now back home in Australia and ready to unveil her new single ‘Cool Enough’, a collaboration with Italian DJ/producer Spada.

Born in the Ukraine, but raised in Sydney, Elen was only 16 when she inked a deal with Ministry of Sound. Still only 20, Elen Levon is a name to watch this year as she takes her music to the world.

Elen’s 2012 release, ‘Dancing To The Same Song’, co-written with pop-electro outfit 3Oh!3 and producer Mark Maxwell in Los Angeles, was the first single that broke Elen onto the international scene, cracking the top 20 on the Italian charts. But it was Elen’s 2013 single, ‘Wild Child’ that climbed the ARIA singles chart in Australia and has made her a breakthrough star in Europe. The ‘Wild Child’ video, filmed in the lush surroundings of Byron Bay, has already hit over 7 million views on YouTube.

Writing and recording with some of the industry’s biggest hitmakers in Los Angeles has seen Elen develop a new level of maturity as a singer-songwriter with her 2014 singles ‘Over My Head’ and ‘Kingdom’ getting airplay across the board in Australia.

Teaming up with one of Australia’s biggest EDM exports, Will Sparks, and sharing vocal duties with UK rapper Wiley, has seen Elen achieve Platinum sales for ‘Ah Yeah So What’ which reached No. 4 on the ARIA Singles Chart and is Elen’s biggest airplay and chart hit to date. With ‘Ah Yeah So What’ now in the top 10 Shazam chart in France, as well as climbing the worldwide chart, the world is taking notice of Elen’s talents as multitalented vocalist and songwriter.

With Italian producer Spada handpicking Elen to feature on his latest single ‘Cool Enough’, Elen has now achieved her second Gold single in Italy, with more territories to follow. With more international tours and releases in the works, Elen Levon is set to be one of Australia’s biggest musical exports this year.
